Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TIRBON Content OS ("the Service"), operated by Mohamed Ezat. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the Service does
The Service helps you plan, produce and analyse content for social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. It reads data from connected accounts using each platform's official API, and produces plans, media assets and reports locally.
2. Authorized use only
You may connect an account only if you own it or have permission from its owner to do so. You are responsible for:
- having the right to access every account you connect;
- the accuracy of anything you enter into the Service;
- how you use anything the Service produces.
3. Platform rules apply
Each connected platform's own terms, developer policies and community guidelines continue to apply to your account and to any content you publish. Nothing in the Service overrides them, and the Service does not attempt to work around platform restrictions, rate limits, or access controls.
4. Publishing is not enabled
The current version does not publish, schedule, or broadcast anything to any platform. Connecting an account grants read access only. Should a future version add publishing, it would require a separate, explicit authorization from you.
5. Analytics availability is not guaranteed
Analytics come from the platforms themselves. A platform may change, restrict, delay, or withdraw a metric at any time, and access can depend on your account type, size, or the approval status of the application. The Service reports what a platform actually returns; it does not estimate or substitute a value when data is unavailable, and unavailable data is shown as unknown rather than as zero.
6. AI-assisted recommendations
Some outputs — content ideas, format suggestions, prioritisation, projected potential — are generated automatically from the available evidence. They are suggestions, not predictions or guarantees. They may be wrong, may reflect incomplete data, and should be reviewed by you before you act on them. You remain responsible for every decision you make and every piece of content you publish.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights in your own content. You are responsible for ensuring that any media, music, footage, text or likeness you process through the Service is one you own or are licensed to use, and that any derivative you create from it respects the rights of others. The Service does not grant you rights in third-party material and does not verify licences on your behalf.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- circumvent a platform's authentication, permissions, rate limits or paid access tiers;
- collect other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person or organisation;
- remove ownership or attribution marks from material in order to disguise its origin;
- generate spam or bulk unsolicited posting.
9. Availability
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. It may be unavailable, incomplete, or interrupted — including because a platform's API is down, has changed, or has revoked access. No uptime is promised.
10. Termination and revocation
You may stop using the Service at any time, and may revoke its access to any connected account directly from that platform's settings. Access may be discontinued if these terms are breached, or if a platform withdraws the application's access.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost audience, lost data, or the outcome of any content decision made using it.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as the Service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

TIRBON Deals
D1. What TIRBON Deals is
TIRBON Deals provides research, comparison, and informational content about products sold by third-party retailers. It is not a store: TIRBON does not sell, ship, or take payment for any product shown.
D2. Prices and availability may be stale
Prices, stock, shipping costs, and other commercial details shown on this site reflect a specific observation at a specific checked date, shown alongside the figure. They may be historical or out of date by the time you read them, and prices, shipping terms, and availability can change at any time without notice.
D3. The transaction happens with the retailer
Unless a future version of this site explicitly identifies an internal-commerce route and says so, any purchase you make happens directly with the third-party retailer, not with TIRBON. That retailer's own terms of sale, returns policy, warranty, and customer support apply — not these Terms.
D4. Verify before you buy
You are responsible for confirming the current price, availability, shipping cost, and any other purchase detail on the retailer's own site before completing a purchase. TIRBON does not guarantee that any comparison or listed price is complete, current, or free of error.
D5. No uptime or accuracy guarantee for third-party data
TIRBON does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of TIRBON Deals, or that any third-party commercial data it displays (prices, stock, specifications) remains permanently accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TIRBON is not liable for a purchasing decision you make based on information shown on this site.
